Not one thing.

We loved how convenient this hotel was, being adjacent to a large shopping mall where we could find everything we needed, including many restaurants. The hotel facilities were impressive, particularly the pool and the lobby with its grand decorations. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel is located in a prime area next to a large shopping center with a variety of restaurants and shops. the convenience of being close to the mall made it easy to shop and dine. the spacious rooms were clean and well-furnished, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of options for all tastes.

The staff members were not always attentive or helpful, which made the service quite disappointing.

the indoor swimming pool, stunning garden area and Spa centre were exclusive and fulfilled all my needs. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring every request was handled promptly and efficiently. the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and socialize, providing some of the best drinks I have ever tasted. In-room breakfast was also impressive, served promptly and prepared to perfection.

The sauna had a minor issue with the seal letting in some cold air.

The pool and gym facilities were fantastic. The pool was big enough to swim comfortably and the gym was well-equipped. The location of the hotel was also great, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the free tea served in the lobby.

We had a really disappointing experience during our New Year stay. The hotel was extremely crowded and we had to queue for everything, from breakfast to the elevators. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very helpful. We also had some issues with our room, including a broken air conditioner that was never fixed. we were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location near a department store, which was convenient for shopping and dining. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered a great variety of delicious food.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and it took a long time for the room to cool down. This made for an uncomfortable stay during the hot summer weather.
